ORDERING BY TELEPHONE

You may confirm larger orders via telephone by calling (770) 393-8000. Orders are accepted on MasterCard, Discover and VISA. Simply call during our business hours and give us your name, address, phone number, charge card number, and expiration date (also see "about credit card orders" below).

ORDERING BY MAIL OR FAX

To order by mail or fax, simply fill out our order form & mail or fax it to us with your check, money order or credit card information and we will ship your order promptly. All checks are deposited upon receipt. All items are subject to prior sale. 7% sales tax must be added to shipments of non-coin items only to Georgia.

ABOUT CREDIT CARD ORDERS

The following restrictions are in effect on credit card orders:

1. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

2. Send all information exactly as it appears in raised print, including expiration date.

3. Advertised prices are "CASH" discounted 3-½%! Regular prices are 3-½% higher than those advertised. This advertised cash discounted price only applies when payment is made by cash, checks, money orders or "wire transfer."ALL other types of payments that require more administrative work, delay in transfer of funds, will constitute conditions to charge our regular price and no discount shall apply, (such as transactions in foreign currencies, financial plans, credit cards, etc.). Therefore, if payment is made in any other form or means other than those qualifying for the cash discount (Advertised Prices), the NONCASH REGULAR price will be charged. We are not charging anyone more for how they pay; we are, however, rewarding cash customers because they save us time, money, and paperwork. Please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery by U.S. Post Office after the order is filled.

ALTERNATE SELECTIONS

A few items listed are one-of-a-kind in our stock. Please list alternate choices below to better enable us to fill your order when the first items requested have been sold out. An unfilled order is disappointing to both of us. We will not send alternate choices unless the first items have been sold. The larger your want list of alternate choices is, the greater the chance is of our completely filling your order. Ordering for a type piece? If so, just list "Same Type" as your alternate choice. We will then send a piece of the similar design type and of equal or higher value if the first item requested has been sold out.
